ORDER PROCESSING TIME
After you place an order:

Orders are transferred to the warehouse within 2–3 business days.

Handling time at the warehouse is up to 1 business day.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please note that processing times may vary during high-demand periods.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Estimated timelines for such items will be indicated on the product page.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Estimated international delivery time is:
15–20 business days after dispatch.
However, depending on destination country, postal service efficiency, customs clearance procedures, and other external factors, delivery may take longer.
In certain cases, delivery may take up to 30–45 days.
All delivery timeframes are estimates and do not include customs delays.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their local authorities.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
MULTIPLE ITEMS
For logistical reasons, items purchased in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately.
If your order arrives in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking information.
