Our products consist primarily of vintage and collectible footwear and related accessories. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Product Condition
Many of our boots are vintage items manufactured years ago and stored for extended periods.
Despite careful inspection and basic cleaning before shipment, items may show natural signs of age, including but not limited to:

minor rust on metal components

dryness of leather due to long-term storage

factory inconsistencies typical of historical production
These characteristics are considered normal for collectible vintage footwear and are not treated as defects.
Size and Fit
We list original size markings as provided by the manufacturer. Approximate US and UK size conversions are provided for reference only.
Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts and measuring their foot before purchasing.
Due to the nature of vintage footwear and narrow historical designs, calf fit may vary.
Returns based solely on size selection or calf fit are not accepted unless the item received differs materially from the size stated in the listing.
Factory Characteristics
Vintage footwear may contain manufacturing variations typical of historical production standards. Minor asymmetry, stitching variation, or marking differences are not considered defects.
Delivery and Shipping
Orders are shipped internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Claims for non-delivery can be initiated after 45 days from dispatch in accordance with postal service investigation timelines.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is significantly damaged in transit or materially different from the product description, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
We will review the case and offer an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Lost Packages
If a shipment is officially declared lost by the postal service, we will assist in filing a claim and issue a refund or replacement once compensation from the carrier is confirmed.
Returns
Returns are accepted only in cases where:

Care Responsibility
